A tablespoon of flowers is added to half a liter of boiling water, 1 stick cinnamon (or a pinch of ground, but without sugar) and from a teaspoon to a tablespoon of grated ginger (smaller children, more adults). Soak on low heat for 10 minutes, then strain and drink hot, seizing honey. Some people like to add orange juice to this broth, which makes it even more healthy.
